PROGRAM: Led by Coach Grace Cecilia. We will focus on skills for the first hour and then follow up with competitive play each meetup.

WHAT TO BRING: Sticks will be provided for those who don't have one. Players should come with their own shinguards, sticks (if he/she has one) and mouth guards.
